Refund, Chargeback and Credit Policy
Version: Refund Policy v1.0 | Effective Date: July 1, 2026
These terms are issued by CyberErrands Solutions Inc., operating the BidForJunk Pro platform (“BidForJunk Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). BidForJunk Pro is the platform name, product name, and marketplace brand. CyberErrands Solutions Inc. is the legal owner and operator.
1. Purpose
This Policy governs refunds, credits, chargebacks, failed payments, and payout adjustments. It replaces any policy language based on a paid contact-unlock model.
2. No Provider Unlock Fee
Providers do not pay an upfront fee to unlock customer contact details. Therefore, there is no refund right or non-refundability rule tied to contact unlock, customer phone number release, customer email release, or release of private customer details.
3. Provider Fee Non-Refundability
The Provider Platform Fee is retained from a completed, confirmed or deemed payable, customer-paid Job. Once retained from cleared customer funds, the fee is non-refundable except where BidForJunk Pro determines an adjustment is appropriate, a chargeback or reversal requires adjustment, a legal obligation applies, or BidForJunk Pro agrees in writing.
4. Customer Credits and Adjustments
If a Job is disputed, incomplete, cancelled, or adjusted, BidForJunk Pro may provide a partial credit, full credit, rework request, invoice adjustment, cancellation, or other commercially reasonable resolution. Cash refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or expressly approved by BidForJunk Pro.
5. Chargebacks and Reversals
If a payment is charged back, reversed, disputed, refunded, or not finally settled, BidForJunk Pro may reverse or hold related payouts, set off future amounts, suspend accounts, require repayment, recover fees and costs, and take reasonable steps to protect the platform.
6. Provider Payout Adjustments
Provider payouts may be reduced, delayed, held, or reversed for disputes, customer non-payment, chargebacks, refunds, credits, incomplete work, damage claims, unsupported price increases, missing completion evidence, fraud concerns, processor holds, or legal compliance issues.
7. Failed Customer Payment
If a Customer fails to pay, BidForJunk Pro may pursue the Customer and may delay Provider payout until customer-paid funds clear. BidForJunk Pro is not required to pay the Provider from its own funds.
