BidForJunk Pro Customer Terms
Version: Customer Terms v1.0 | Effective Date: July 1, 2026
These terms are issued by CyberErrands Solutions Inc., operating the BidForJunk Pro platform (“BidForJunk Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). BidForJunk Pro is the platform name, product name, and marketplace brand. CyberErrands Solutions Inc. is the legal owner and operator. These Customer Terms apply to property managers, landlords, rental operators, real estate operators, businesses, and authorized representatives that use BidForJunk Pro to post or manage Jobs.
1. Acceptance
By creating a Customer account, posting a Job, reviewing Bids, accepting a Bid, confirming a Job, disputing a Job, receiving an invoice, or otherwise using BidForJunk Pro as a Customer, you agree to these Customer Terms, the Terms of Use, the NET 30 Billing and Payment Policy, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable Operating Rules.
2. Marketplace Role
BidForJunk Pro is a technology marketplace and does not perform junk removal, cleanout, hauling, disposal, labour, property maintenance, or contractor services. Providers are independent businesses. You choose which Provider to use. CyberErrands Solutions Inc. is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, damage, injuries, theft, incomplete work, illegal dumping, disposal issues, missed deadlines, poor workmanship, or misconduct of Providers.
3. Authority
You represent that you have authority to use BidForJunk Pro for the property, company, owner, landlord, organization, or portfolio involved and to bind that party to these Customer Terms.
4. Job Posting Requirements
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information for each Job, including service address, photos, scope, access instructions, timing, hazards, special building rules, disposal issues, item volume, stairs/elevator details, parking information, tenant or occupancy restrictions, and any facts that may affect pricing or performance. You are responsible for losses, disputes, delays, price adjustments, cancellation costs, or claims caused by inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or late information.
5. Bid Acceptance
When you accept a Provider’s Bid, you select that independent Provider to perform the Job for the accepted price and scope. You agree to cooperate reasonably with access, timing, and platform coordination. Bid acceptance does not make CyberErrands Solutions Inc. the service provider, contractor, guarantor, insurer, employer, supervisor, or manager of the Provider.
6. Provider Commitment and Service Address Release
After you accept a Bid, the winning Provider must commit in-app within 24 hours unless BidForJunk Pro specifies a different period. If the Provider commits, BidForJunk Pro may reveal the service address and full job details required to perform the Job. BidForJunk Pro does not ordinarily release your personal phone number or email address to the Provider. If the Provider does not commit within the 24-hour commitment window, BidForJunk Pro may forfeit that Provider’s award, return the Job to bidding, offer the Job to another Provider, cancel the Job, or otherwise manage the transaction.
7. On-Platform Coordination
All ordinary coordination must remain on BidForJunk Pro. You must not pressure Providers to bypass BidForJunk Pro, accept off-platform payment arrangements, or avoid platform fees or records. BidForJunk Pro may restrict accounts that attempt to circumvent the platform.
8. Confirmation Gate
A Job becomes billable when you confirm completion or when BidForJunk Pro determines after dispute review that the Job is complete or otherwise payable. Confirmation means you acknowledge that the Job was completed in substantial accordance with the accepted scope. You must not unreasonably refuse or delay confirmation for a completed Job.
9. Disputes
If you believe a Job was incomplete, late, damaging, unsafe, outside scope, or not properly performed, you must promptly raise a dispute and provide evidence, including photos, written explanation, access records, communications, or other relevant information. BidForJunk Pro may facilitate dispute review and may determine full payment, partial payment, rework, credit, cancellation, Provider suspension, or another commercially reasonable outcome. BidForJunk Pro’s dispute assistance does not make it liable for Provider work.
10. NET 30 Payment
Unless BidForJunk Pro requires prepayment or other terms, BidForJunk Pro will invoice Customer for confirmed or deemed payable Jobs on NET 30 terms. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late or failed payment may result in account suspension, restricted access, revoked NET 30 privileges, required prepayment, late charges where permitted by law, administrative charges, collection costs, legal costs, and other lawful remedies.
11. Customer Restrictions
You must not post unlawful jobs, request illegal dumping, require unsafe work, provide false information, harass providers, discriminate unlawfully, bypass BidForJunk Pro, refuse payment for completed work without good-faith dispute evidence, misuse photos or personal information, or interfere with platform operations.
12. Future Subscription Terms
BidForJunk Pro may offer Customer subscriptions, including free trials, monthly or annual plans, automatic renewal, cancellation rules, failed-payment rules, feature limits, plan downgrades, and price changes. Subscription terms may appear in the platform, a subscription addendum, invoices, or updated terms.
13. Customer Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CyberErrands Solutions Inc., its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, representatives, successors, assigns, and the BidForJunk Pro platform from claims, losses, damages, fines, penalties, costs, and legal fees arising from inaccurate job information, unsafe property conditions, access issues, tenant or owner disputes, unlawful requests, non-payment, platform misuse, breach, or claims brought by tenants, owners, residents, workers, Providers, regulators, or third parties connected to your property or Job.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberErrands Solutions Inc. is not liable for Provider work, property damage, personal injury, theft, illegal dumping, delay, missed turnover deadlines, lost rent, loss of profit, business interruption, tenant claims, owner claims, regulatory claims caused by Providers, or indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or similar damages. BidForJunk Pro’s total liability to you is limited to the greater of: (a) the platform fee actually retained by BidForJunk Pro for the specific Job giving rise to the claim; or (b) CAD $100.
15. Governing Law
These Customer Terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable federal Canadian law. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction unless BidForJunk Pro adopts another lawful dispute process in updated terms.
