Clickwrap and Acceptance Schedule

1. General Rule

Each acceptance event must record the user ID, user role, agreement name, agreement version, exact checkbox text shown, timestamp, IP address, device/browser metadata where available, related Job ID, related Bid ID, acceptance action, and document URL or stored copy.

1. Provider signup

Checkbox / button text: “I have read and agree to the Provider Agreement, Terms of Use, Operating Rules, Refund, Chargeback and Credit Policy, NET 30 Billing and Payment Policy, AI Guidance Notice, and Privacy Policy. I understand that CyberErrands Solutions Inc. operates BidForJunk Pro as a marketplace platform and does not perform the services.” Documents accepted: Provider Agreement; Terms of Use; Operating Rules; Refund Policy; NET 30 Policy; AI Notice; Privacy Policy

2. Provider bid submission

Checkbox / button text: “By submitting this bid, I confirm that I reviewed the available job details, photos, scope, and timing, and that I can perform the job for the bid amount submitted, subject only to approved documented scope changes.” Documents accepted: Provider Agreement; Operating Rules

3. Winning Provider commitment

Checkbox / button text: “I confirm that I am committing to perform this job. I understand that no payment is taken from me, that I will not receive the customer’s personal contact details, that all coordination occurs through BidForJunk Pro, and that I will be paid at month-end after the customer pays the invoice and funds clear, less the platform fee. I understand that if I do not commit within 24 hours of winning, the job is forfeited and returned to the marketplace.” Documents accepted: Provider Agreement; NET 30 Policy; Operating Rules

4. Service address release notice

Checkbox / button text: “The job service address and full job details are being released because you committed to perform this job. The customer’s personal phone number and personal email address are not released. Coordination must remain on BidForJunk Pro.” Documents accepted: Operating Rules; Privacy Policy

5. Provider completion evidence

Checkbox / button text: “I confirm that the completion photos and evidence I uploaded are accurate and relate to this job. I understand that false or incomplete evidence may delay or reduce payout and may lead to dispute review or account action.” Documents accepted: Provider Agreement; Operating Rules

6. Customer signup

Checkbox / button text: “I have read and agree to the Customer Terms, Terms of Use, NET 30 Billing and Payment Policy, Refund, Chargeback and Credit Policy, AI Guidance Notice, and Privacy Policy. I understand that CyberErrands Solutions Inc. operates BidForJunk Pro as a marketplace platform and independent Providers perform the services.” Documents accepted: Customer Terms; Terms of Use; NET 30 Policy; Refund Policy; AI Notice; Privacy Policy

7. Customer job posting

Checkbox / button text: “I confirm that the job information, photos, service address, access details, and scope I provided are accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge.” Documents accepted: Customer Terms; Operating Rules

8. Customer bid acceptance

Checkbox / button text: “By accepting this bid, I am selecting this independent Provider to perform the job for the accepted scope and price. I understand that BidForJunk Pro is a marketplace and does not perform the work.” Documents accepted: Customer Terms; Terms of Use

9. Customer job confirmation

Checkbox / button text: “I confirm that the job has been completed in substantial accordance with the accepted scope. I understand that confirmation makes the job billable under the NET 30 Billing and Payment Policy.” Documents accepted: Customer Terms; NET 30 Policy

10. Customer dispute submission

Checkbox / button text: “I am disputing this job in good faith and confirm that the information and evidence I provide are accurate to the best of my knowledge.” Documents accepted: Customer Terms; Operating Rules

11. Privacy consent

Checkbox / button text: “I consent to CyberErrands Solutions Inc., operating BidForJunk Pro, collecting, using, storing, and sharing information as described in the Privacy Policy.” Documents accepted: Privacy Policy

12. Terms update

Checkbox / button text: “I have read and agree to the updated BidForJunk Pro terms and understand that continued use of the platform is subject to the updated version shown.” Documents accepted: Updated documents presented
